CHARLOTTE — During the Superintendent's Concert of elementary school bands May 20 at the MACS Fine Arts Center, beloved former Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools’ Music Coordinator Dr. Stanley Michalski Jr. was surprised with an endowment established in his name.
Proceeds from the endowment fund will be used to support the MACS band program and will ensure that his legacy of supporting students’ love for music continues.
